Beyond our everyday menu, we also offer house-made baked goods, empanada catering for events, and custom gelato cakes designed to make any celebration extra special.
We love partnering with our community to host spirit nights, fundraisers, and private events right here at A Lot O’ Gelato.
We also host a monthly workshop, the Scoop of Confidence Club, created to bring people together, build connection, and add a little joy and encouragement to your month.
The Story
At the heart of it all is my story—and it starts long before gelato. I’ve always wanted to build something that was my own, something that brought people together and made a difference in my community.
After college, I worked in corporate travel, helping people see the world. I spent years planning trips, solving problems, and making sure others could experience new places smoothly. I loved it. I was not able to travel to many places and this career taught me an incredible amount about travel, geography, culture etc. It made me want to experience this huge world.
Eventually I had opportunities to travel myself and those moments changed everything. I would find myself searching for the most unique sweet shops to visit and eventually fell in love with gelato. After frequently being asked "what's gelato", I realized many of the people asking that question may never have the opportunity to travel. That's when I decided that I wanted to bring a taste of vacation home. I built my business around the idea that every person deserves the joy of travel - even if it means never leaving their hometown.
A Lot O’ Gelato was created so people in my hometown—especially those who may not have the chance to travel—could experience a little piece of the world right here.
At its core, this shop is about more than gelato. It’s about giving people a place to slow down, connect, and feel like they’ve stepped away from everyday life, even if just for a moment. Much of the shop was inspired by the places I’ve visited, designed to feel like a mini vacation the moment you walk in. It distracts friends and families from their devices for long enough to enjoy the moment and make memories.
